Bug Description
We want running tests using testtools enhanced TestResult to be able to print to the console - a TextTestResult.
This needs:
- details support
- all additional methods over the stdlib

I've not implemented all methods yet, but perhaps its enough to release with. If not I can polish in the weekend.
