Bug Description
Add an edit button that opens the scan and allows cropping, colour adjustment etc.
Is this necessary or can this be performed using an external program e.g. gimp, inkscape, f-spot?
Must be added in a way that is not intrusive to simple use cases.

It'd make sense to have an "Open with" menu entry, like in EOG, so people can open gimp this way.
