screen is not always switched off by gnome-power-manager after resume from hibernate

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

After resuming from hibernate screen is not turned off after inactivity period set in gnome-power-manager. If I restart gnome-power-manager after resuming from hibernation screen is properly switched off after time set in gnome-power-manager.
I am using ubuntu 9.10 on samsung Q35 laptop with intel graphic. gnome-power-manager version is 2.28.1-0ubuntu1.
