Exceptions when changing songs if notification is already closed

When the applet detects a song change, it closes any active notification popup. However, if the notification has already been closed, the attached exception gets thrown. The applet appears to continue working normally, but exceptions like this shouldn't be getting raised during normal operation, since they clutter the log file and might hide actual problems.
