Bug Description
An app crashes, apport reports a bug, the retracing service marks it as a dup of some other bug.
The problem is the original bug that my bug gets marked as a dup of was reported as private in launchpad. Consequently, I can't see any information about the original bug, such as current status, comments etc. to see if anyone is working on the issue, more information is needed, etc.
Possible solutions:
* Add user of marked-as-dup bugs to ACL of "baseline" bug. Possible privacy implications.
* As above, but limit the information that "dup" users can retrieve (e.g. perhaps see comments/status, but not download the original apport uploads)
* Launchpad should auto-propagate status from "baseline" bug to dup'd bugs, possibly some/all comments?
* ...?
