When the user quits Caffeine, powersaving is inhibited if it wasn't before

Bug Description
I noticed this bit of logging after I quit caffeine:
(13 Nov 2009) 23:19:26 INFO: Caffeine is preparing to quit
(13 Nov 2009) 23:19:26 INFO: Caffeine is now preventing powersaving modes and screensaver activation (Gnome)
I think that this is not how it should be. It really does seem to prevent screensaving after I quit. This is not good.

Was a simple fix, just had to change 1 line. Changed "True" to "False".
