"Open With..." functionality in File Roller should lead to a submenu instead of a dedicated window

Binary package hint: file-roller

File Roller (like Eye of GNOME, Nautilus etc.) provides a useful "Open With..." functionality through contextual menu.
But unlike other GNOME applications, it doesn't lead to a submenu displaying a choice of applications but requieres to open a dedicated window to choose the application which is far less practical

I believe that if there are no "suggested" applications, the desired effect is to open the other window.

Thank you for your bug report. The issue is an upstream one and it would be nice if somebody having it could send the bug the to the people writting the software (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream/GNOME)
