Bug Description
Binary package hint: wine
I feel that the Installer should ask before disabling mmap_min_addr protection
- I feel that it should state that such disactivation is a potential security risk
- I feel that it should state that such disactivation is only necessary for 16-bit applications and installer to work. 32-bit applications will run just fine without it.
Personally, I would choose to not disactivate it for example (now that I know about it, I've reverted the change manually in /etc/sysctl.

I would agree -- this needs to be a debconf question that defaults to not disabling mmap_min_addr.
