Bug Description
Two peripheral to control a single pointer is confusing. But this is what happens when, on a notebook, you plug a mouse. In this case, the touchpad should be disabled because, if I connect a mouse, is obvious that I want to use it and only it. A notification and a tray icon should appear to inform the user.
The touchpad should be re-enabled with the mouse disconnection or by clicking to the icon.

- Though this is a bug. This is not a common user scenario , where the user has to plugin an external mouse. Hence not a papercut. /wiki.ubuntu. com/PaperCut.
