new wave theme and window-picker-applet

when using the new wave theme with the window-picker-applet, it is themed correctly except for the hover effect over the close button. The applet is themed correctly in other themes like clearlooks though.
is there a way to fix this myself/a chance this will get fixed?

Still not too helpful because I don't have this close icons in my taskbar. You are probably using some program to mod your taskbar to show this. How it's called or you should tell me how I can reproduce the issue. I see that you don't have your titlebar too ... is this also a mod?
