Please sync accerciser 1.8.0-1 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The Ubuntu changes are changelog entries from tracking new upstream releases during GNOME's development cycles, which Debian how has.

Changelog entries since current lucid version 1.8.0-0ubuntu1:

accerciser (1.8.0-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New major upstream release.
  * debian/control{,.in}:
    - Set Maintainer to "Debian Accessibility Team".
    - Upgrade Standards-Version (3.8.1 -> 3.8.3), no changes.
    - Fix Vcs-* URLs to point to 'desktop' not 'packages'.
  * debian/watch: Update to track 1.8 branch.
