Bug Description

Installed MIDI USB device and this started happening..
Fedora 11, repos, etc..

Assuming that this is Awn Extras 0.3.2.x, the volume control applet has been completely rewritten from using the Python ALSA bindings to the GStreamer multimedia framework, and the applet developer does not intend on fixing any bugs with the old backend.
