Please sync blockout2 2.4+dfsg1-4 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

Debian has fixed ftbfs in their latest package version. So the package
can be synced again.

Changelog since current lucid version 2.4+dfsg1-3ubuntu1:

blockout2 (2.4+dfsg1-4) unstable; urgency=low

  * Added patch to build under Debian/kfreebsd.
  * Applied patch from ubuntu: Fix FTBFS caused by "error: invalid
    conversion from 'const char*' to 'char*'".
  * Added DGT to uploaders.
