Upon additional use, I realized this problem is not Guake specific. I loaded Karmic two days ago and after installing all my packages, I then installed the Mac4lin theme I had in Jaunty. (I had to do a complete reinstall do to a crash during upgrading). Now I realize the install button for every application will not function although all other buttons function such as the "website" button next to it.
Does this sound reasonably simple to fix? I do not know what specifically the Mac4Lin package did here although it worked fluidly in the 9.04 release.
