Bug Description

Right-clicking elsewhere while another right-click menu is open shoud open a new menu instantly on the new location, instead of just closing the old menu. It takes two clicks to open a new menu while it should take only one. Even more annoying with fading effects

Hmm , I dont seem to recall why i mentioned it would be fixed in gnome 3 [comment #1]. :s
