Can you please attach ~/.cache/desktop-couch/log/desktop-couch-replication.log file to this bug? Also, for the contacts created in evolution, can you please right click on them and select 'Save as vcard' from the popup menu and attach the file you save with that to the bug also?

I can confirm this behavior. I have visited http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Specifications/desktopcouch/Documentation/Troubleshooting and restarted desktopcouch and ran /usr/lib/evolution/evolution-data-server-2.28. I will attach it to the bug report. I would not of noticed as i do not use the contacts much but it was brought to my attention as i was attempting to triage some other U1 bugs. Other than this problem everything is working great. I want to pass on some words of encouragement to the U1 team 'keep up the good work'. I know the team is working hard and they are taking steps to handle the huge influx of users. I look forward to watching this program mature. Ok back to the bug...

This sounds to me as a replication problem, although not sure, so asking Stuart to look at the logs

I don't think this bug has been valid for a while. It was likely a transient problem in the datacenter.

Reopen if it persists.
