ubiquity dosen't warn that resized ntfs filesystem will be checked

Bug Description

There is no warning to the user that after resizing their windows install the file system will be marked dirty and therefore run chkdisk giving scary looking error messages about corrupted filesystems

as there is no way to avoid this, i think a warning message would be helpfull so that users don't think their windows install has been destroyed

This would be nice indeed. It happened to me once and for a moment I thought something had gone wrong.
