9.10 fresh installation and no wifi on my HP Mini

Bug Description

I have freshly installed Karmic on my Hp Mini, but I couldn't use wifi. No wireless option in NetworkManager. I tried to reinstall bcmwl-kernel-source and got this error.

Removing all DKMS Modules
Done.
Unpacking replacement bcmwl-kernel-source ...
Setting up bcmwl-kernel-source (5.10.91.9+bdcom-0ubuntu4) ...
Adding Module to DKMS build system

I can confirm this too. bcmwl-kernel-source needs to depend on patch
