Completed tasks are still visible in widget

When I mark a task completed within Astrid it should be removed from widget view, or atleast this would make a nice optional setting.

I am using:
Device: HTC Magic
OS: Android 1.5
Provider: Rogers(Canada)

Does a completed task always stay around, or does it sometimes get removed from the widget and sometimes stay around? Are there any steps you can do that will reliably reproduce this bug? Thanks!

Also, if you are having widget trouble, sometimes you may need to remove it from your desktop (drag it to the bottom of the screen), and then re-add it. I've had to do this maybe three times total.

Hi Tim,

I recently removed Astrid from my phone and reinstalled, which did not
fix the problem. But I then logged into my 'Remember The Milk' account
and removed all the current tasks; this included 2 repeating weekly
tasks and 2 one time tasks. The one time tasks had formerly been marked
completed on my phone but gave an error when attempting to sync with
RTM. Those tasks then remained visible on the widget though not in the
main Astrid app window; Astrid also started getting stuck on
'loading...' when initially opening the app.

Once I had removed all the current repeating tasks and the two tasks
associated with the sync error (from RTM), I reinstalled Astrid and the
errors are no longer coming up, even after syncing again with RTM.

I guess the completed tasks must have still been stuck in the user data
because of the sync error?
