Bug Description

Binary package hint: aptitude

This is not a program bug but a broken dependency . I'm trying to install gnudatalanguage that I need to use for a university project, but due to above dependency this is not possible through apt. Resolving to compiling from source, but this is a solution I'd rather avoid.

I have the same problem using karmic. Apparently libmagick++1 does not exist.

This library is required to install puredata-extended (puredata.info).

I can report that GDL is now working fine on my Karmic installation (and I'm using it for my thesis). An update a few days after I filed the bug seemed to solve the problem.
