Bug Description

I just bought a 320GB Hitachi USB Drive, and 9.10 will not mount it, and does not see it, Widoze sees it with no problem. Researching this on the net it says that a special driver is needed for the Hitachi drive, does anyone know where I can get this driver. Thanks in advance Richard

Richard, thank you for taking the time to help make Ubuntu better. It would be useful to know what model Hitachi drive you are dealing with. Also, what make/model computer are you using?
