Maximizing + restoring a constrained window does not restore to correct position. Moves the window to the right slightly

Bug Description

Binary package hint: compiz

This does not happen if effects are OFF. Also reproducible in older Ubuntu versions.

Attaching sample code and binary.

Steps to repro -
1. make sure Desktop effects are ON (compiz is running)
2. Run the attached binary (non-resize-maximize.bin)
3. Just maximize and restore the window.
The window will not get restored at the original position. It will move to the right slightly.
