Please sync cone 0.79-2 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The package now builds fine with gcc 4.4: the patches has been applied in Debian.

New version is in unstable with libtool change but the source has been changed to 3.0 format which is not supported by LP afaik

So if you can upload the package we can sync this later
