Version 0:0.9.4-1ubuntu3~k is not part of the official repository, so I'm closing this bug.
To fix your problem, please remove the previous version before installing the one on the official repository.

from a PPA : https://launchpad.net/~jonabeck/+archive/ppa

And please let it invalid, Ubuntu doesn't provide support for packages on a PPA. Please contact the maintainer directly.
