share function does not retain filtering or pivoting

Bug Description
The share button only displays the same URL as is in the Menu.js file, i.e. with a vid which just points to the whole table in question, regardless of whether the user has filtered or pivoted. In the OpenHealth functional prototype, all kinds of OLAP functionality was specifiable in the URL. While I certainly don't think it wise to expose that kind of functionality to the public, the current view is very limited. Given this, I suggest removing the share button for the first release.

ok, it does seem like you'd expect the view you're seeing on the screen to be the one that gets shared, so we'll snuff out the button for release one, and create a entry for the next release to fix the button so that it works correctly.
