Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdebase-runtime

karmic: When clicking krecipes Help | Krecipes Handbook, the user simply gets a message saying: "The file or folder help:/krecipes/index.html does not exist".

So it looks like some documentation package isn't being installed correctly when the user installs krecipes.
