ah yes, and ubuntu one does not work any more.
i had so hard times while traveling after the upgrade.
you should provide a downgrade!

Downgrading the kernel is possible, eg http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=261289 (not the best thread, but it explains it. Was the first one to come up on a Google search).

dear erik, i had wireless problems with AR928X and ubuntu 9.10; the solution
has been linux backports, possibly those of kervel. now everything is fine;
i did not know about "backports", and my linux friends also did not mention
