ALL video/audio and file transfer doesen't work after upgrade 9.04->9.10

i was expecting all working i was happy to know that empathy will become new IM client.

All new funtionality doesen't work instead only istant-message works........:(

Thank you for your bug report. The issue is an upstream one and it would be nice if somebody having it could send the bug the to the people writting the software (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream/GNOME)

Can any one please tell us which protocol are you using for audio/video calling for further info see this page http://telepathy.freedesktop.org/wiki/Protocols%20Support note MSN calling dont work in Linux any more due to changes made in MSN servers.
