Bug Description
Add innodb plugin configuration in wsrep build scripts.
They should build both innobase and innodb_plugin and leave the choice of SE to happen at runtime.

innodb plugin code (and builtin innobase for that matter) contained some wsrep_* function references, which were relocated to builtin innobase code. This made it impossible to have a build which containe both innodb plugin and builtin innobase SEs.
This issue was fixed in CS 2909, pushed for this bug tracker.
