Bug Description

Installed wayv from repos, through apt-get on Dapper.
It refuses to work in the user account.
Logged in s root, found all files and references to wayv, changed permissions to user, still nothing in the user account, but again works in the root account. The logged bac in as root, changed ownership to users, still, again, user account no go, root account fine.
i cannpt figure this one out. I have found no references to this problem on line.
If anyone has an idea of how to get this thing working in the user account I would be very happy!
There are no errors in the terminal as well.
I onlu start the app through the terminal.

Well I tried wayv on fresh install of feisty, it worked! Even after an installation of beryl it worked fine, however, after adding a few applications, not sure which caused the break, wayv no longer works in the user account , only the root acoount.
i f you can explain what it was that was the problem in the first place I may be able to hunt the culprit for the breakage.
i would appricaiate any information as to the cause of the original problem and its solution.
 Thanks
again
