Bug Description
This happens about one in three times when I start `mythfrontend`, with no pattern I can deduce, except good and bad runs are slightly clustered.
When I use the "Mythbuntu" theme, the on-screen menu buttons (and the other artwork) disappears right after starting `mythfrontend`. Sometimes I catch a glimpse of them, sometimes I don't, and sometimes everything works fine. But if I go out of the menu system, for example to "Watch Live TV", the menus are visible when I come back.
I have not experienced this with any of the other themes.

I have now tested this in mythtv-trunk from SVN, where I do not experience this. If I uninstall, and run the ubuntu version, I get the same problem. The buttons dissapear, I see only the striped background, but navigating and using the menus work, as I end up "where I am supposed to" after pressing keys.
