Bug Description
After having to save files to publish source code as samples, I would like to see two new clipboard commands.
*Paste to New Doc would attempt to treat the clipboard contents as the source of a SVG file. Users would use this command to view a sample in Inkscape.
*Copy Source to Clipboard would actually be a submenu offering Inkscape SVG and Plain SVG. Using them would copy the selection wrap it in tags so that you get an entire file from the selection. If all objects in the file are selected, the commands would simply use the existing file.
