From Breezy. Originaly that was a Debian Woody system.

since xffm is in universe it will not be fixed for dapper even if this is reproducable.
In edgy it is still in universe but we can still fix it before release if similar problems exist.
Please reopen if that's the case

I get the same problem dist-upgrading from breezy to dapper.

The following work-around can be used to avoid the issue:

$ apt-get -f remove libxfce4mcs-client3 libxfce4util4 libxfcegui4-4 libxfce4mcs-manager3 xfwm4 xfprint4 xfce4-utils xfce4-panel xfce4-mcs-plugins xfce4-mcs-manager xfce4 xfce4-cpugraph-plugin xfce4-mixer xfce4-toys xfce4-trigger-launcher xfdesktop4 xffm4 xfwm4-themes

please reopen if it happens in edgy :) As I said in dapper it won't be fixed ad xffm is unsupported.
