Bug Description
What happens:
If you write a blog post that contains < and > characters that aren't part of an HTML tag (for example when quoting an IRC conversation and writing <gmb> to represent a nickname) Frabjous will leave these characters be, which means that the browser will interpret them as an HTML tag and ignore them because they're invalid.
What should happen:
Frabjous should be smart enough to convert < and > to < and > appropriately when they aren't part of HTML tags.
