External drag & drop: Allow to exclude file types

Bug Description

I like to drag-and-drop music, including whole folders, into playlists. A problem arises when there is a playlist, e.g. M3U, in the folder as well. This leads to every track being added twice. I would love some facility for specifiying the file types to be included when drag-and-dropping – or, alternatively, those to be excluded.

Actually, in my opinion, it makes sense to just skip all playlist files when a directory is dropped.

Status update: if you drop a directory with files and playlists, only the files are properly added. Playlists are added as invalid entries. Still not perfect, but dupes should not occur anymore.

This seems not to be the case anymore: dropping a directory with tracks and playlists only adds the tracks.
