smartpm missing dependency -- python2.4-rpm

Bug Description

Binary package hint: smartpm

(On a system without python2.4-rpm)
1. sudo apt-get install smartpm
2. sudo smartpm --gui

If you don't have python2.4-rpm installed, even though Ubuntu is deb based, smartpm will give an error about rpm support not being available and immediately close.

I confirm that
After running smart --gui the error appears. The solution is to sudo apt-get install python-rpm.
