$ bzr fast-export-from-svn --trunk-path=/trunk/grub2 /tmp/grub.repo/ /tmp/grub.fe
[...]
$ bzr fast-import /tmp/grub.fe /tmp/grub.bzr

For the record, --trunk-path=/trunk/grub2/ (with trailing slash) works.
