Bug Description

The application short description is currently retrieved from the package information, it should be moved to the application database to allow management from the regular application edit interface.

Hi Brett,
no, the application full description can be changed, the short description however is the first line as retrieved from the package information and is not editable from the WEB UI.

A field is needed on the app table and a corresponding entry to edit the info on the app entry form.
