Url to long for status bar in mythbrowser

Bug Description

In mythbrowser the status bar (at the bottom of the page) is to short for some url's. This is with mythbrowser and mythtv-mythbuntu-theme version 1:0.22.0+fixes22750-0ubuntu0+mythbuntu3 under mythbuntu 9.10.

Box should probably extend at least to the ellipses. There is plenty of screen width even on a non-widescreen monitor... could URL box be larger (assuming MythUI allows for it)?

The overflow is a known problem upstream. Patch attached to fix url box at bottom of screen.

Let's face it - that is just plain ghastly. This is one of the sections that didn't get any design work done to it so we should tackle it in a fair manner here and end up at a hopefully satisfactory state...

Apologies for subjecting everyone to that.

1) Part of the issue is the sub-optimal design of sticking the URI in a dialog box. Just foolish. Gary, can we do anything here and avoid a dialog box?

2) The white pill outline mess at the bottom of the Mythweb should follow the same form as the top pill.

3) Bookmark page needs to be fully designed.

4) The buttons on the dialog are suffering. We also need to consistently locate where the 'yes' 'no' buttons go. Working to a list of the dialogs and where they appear might help here.

It would be useful to see a screenshot of (2) with a full URI applied.

I am also hoping that those screenshots were taken on a 16:10 monitor - the pill radii are broken otherwise.

The bookmark alignment is nightmarish as well. There is much work to be done on this set.

Has this patch landed upstream? I'd like to have a timeline when this bug is fixed, so if you can reference a particular commit (or that it has made it into 0.23 at least), that would be most appreciated.
