Tooltips show up when you run apps fullscreen

Bug Description
When you run an application fullscreen, like a movie player, if you move the cursor to the bottom (or where you have the dock) you can see the tooltips.
Also related, I think, if you have the dock on the left and press the "Application button" in Gnome, when you hover the cursor and the dock it's behind, you can see the tooltips too.

Yup, fullscreen windows really mess with Docky. It appears that with a fullscreen window, the dock is actually not hiding but behind the window. The tooltips somehow come in front though. Very odd behavior.
