Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

The only ubuntu change of replacing b-d has been incorporated.

opensp (1.5.2-8) unstable; urgency=low

  * Switch from deprecated xpdf-utils to poppler-utils in build
    depends. (Closes: #549394).
  * Updated standards version to 3.8.3.0 (no changes).
