"Important" emblem is too big

The Human theme seems to use the default GNOME emblems for all "categories" except for 'Important', where the Tango emblem is used.

However, when the 'Important' emblem is chosen for a folder, it is a lot bigger than the default GNOME ones, and it is in fact just as big as the folder icon itself.

This seems to be related to a bug either in Nautilus or Tango (see https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-artwork/+bug/47001).

This same bug seemed to affect the 'symlink' emblem, also from Tango (https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/tango-icon-theme/+bug/36833), and there the solution adopted was to patch the theme in order to specifically use a smaller 'symlink' emblem.

However, that solved the issue for a specific emblem only. Any other Tango emblems will still have this problem.

Here it can be seen how the 'Important' emblem is nearly just as big as the folder itself.

The 'Documents' emblem in the same picture is in comparison a lot smaller.

Quoting from a comment in https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-artwork/+bug/47001, a "workaround" for this is to manually edit the Tango index.theme file as follows:

Change "Size" from 48 to 96 and "MinSize" from 32 to 1 (for tree).

Search in the /usr/share/icons/Tango/index.theme this part:

[scalable/emblems]
Size=48
Context=Emblems
Type=Scalable
MinSize=32
MaxSize=256

and change it to

[scalable/emblems]
Size=96
Context=Emblems
Type=Scalable
MinSize=1
MaxSize=256

This seems to work for the 'Important' emblem. However, due to the patch that specifically decreases the size of the 'symlink' emblem (https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/tango-icon-theme/+bug/36833), the 'symlink' emblems are then displayed with a way too small size.

Thanks for your bug report and the explanatory comments - we might just roll back the symlink change and go with the proposed index.theme changes.
