[needs-packaging] linaxepad needs packaging

Would it be possible for linAXEpad to be added to the multiverse repository
If you download the files from http://www.rev-ed.co.uk/picaxe/ (click on software at the top of the page and scroll down to linaxepad) and extract the contents for the archive into /opt/linAXEpad or whatever, it seems to work fine, then it could do with a menu item. The license (in datasheets/pad001.pdf) prohibits unauthorised redistribution, so permission would be needed from revolution education (http://www.rev-ed.co.uk/) first
