Off-the-Record Messaging plugin description, in Pidgin, isn't translated in Italian

The description of "Off-the-Record Messaging" plugin (from tools -> plugin menu) isn't translated in Italian. In fact, even in the system with italian language I can read the english message

"Off-the-record Messaging 3.1.0
Provides private and secure conversations"

The pidgin-otr (pidgin off-the-record) package is not translatable via Launchpad for 8.04 (Hardy), 8.10 (Intrepid), and for 9.10 (Karmic). The only translatable template for pidgin-otr is in 9.04 (Jaunty) (BTW, that's strange, since the package is in main for 8.04, 8.10 and 9.04, it looks in universe only for 9.10).

Marking as invalid as we can't provide a translation for pidgin-otr for those Ubuntu version. This bug should be addressed upstream (where the pidgin-otr code comes from).

On another note: upstream doesn't have an Italian translation that we know of. There is a translation in Launchpad for 9.04, but it hasn't been reviewed. Since there are no other templates for other Ubuntu versions, we'll review the Launchpad translation, and download it. After that, we'll try to send it upstream, but don't expect a translation to appear in 8.04.

Ok Milo. Obviously I don't expect a translation to appear in 8.04. The goal was to trying to fix the issue at least in next distros (for example into next LTS even if I know that pidgin will not be the default chat in that distro).
