NotImplementedError in bzr upload on xml file

Doing an initial bzr upload, bzr had a barf:

Hm, I do have a symlink. Maybe that is the problem. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bzr-upload/+bug/214825 Although a more helpful error message wouldn't go astray.

Exactly, the problem is the symlink and the plugin should issue a better message, sorry about that.
