Video Problems

[Blaze]

Cheese program crashes, games run very slow. In Firefox if you open a picture or a website with a lot of picture screen goes black but mouse visible but it's frozen then I appear in the login screen.

If I put Rhythmbox to play a song the problem seems to be fix but when I close it it comes back.

This issue was reported against karmic, so can you confirm if this issue exists with the most recent Lucid Lynx 10.04 Alpha release? ISO CD images are available at http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/lucid/ . Thanks in advance.

We're closing this bug since it is has been some time with no response from the original reporter. However, if the issue still exists please feel free to reopen with the requested information. Also, if you could, please test against the latest development version of Ubuntu, since this confirms the bug is one we may be able to pass upstream for help.
