"Ubuntu Book Excerpt" doesn't respect browser preference

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

When I go to System->Help->Ubuntu Book Excerpt, the web page opens in Galeon, despite I set my default/prefered browser as Epiphany.
The problem does not show with the other entries in the Help menu.

either case, filed by you or somebody else that doesn't change the fact that when you don't need to file a duplicate, whoever filed the first one ;)
