kubuntu-firefox-installer should uninstall itself after being run

Binary package hint: kubuntu-firefox-installer

After firefox is installed, Firefox installer is still appearing in K menu, even though it is not needed anymore

I agree on this one. The same goes if you do an upgrade from Jaunty and Firefox is already installed. In that case kubuntu-firefox-installer should not be installed at all.

Think this should be a "wish list" entry as it is not an actual bug.
