I'm using the PowerPC port installed over the network with netboot, so I had to build the sources.list file manually, this could be the problem.
This seems to be a server problem though, as the release file shows a Sources file that isn't present in the directory.

This bug also happend to me (MacMini with PowerPC)

The workaround is to deactivate the partner source, do the dist-upgrade and re-enable the partner source after the successful upgrade.
