Bug Description
Binary package hint: nautilus
So, I'm from Russia and I transit to Russian FTP-server (ftp.video.rs).
I click "connect to server". Then new window open.
There are many folders and files there. Some of them have English name (they are displayed correctly). But names of folders and files which named Russian letters are displayed incorrectly (like "??????Неверная кодировка").
It should help:
I read Russian forums. Russian users says it is because Nautilus works with "UTF-8" and not supports "cp1251".
Thank You...
